Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the Auris 30-day addon period sold at https://addon-utility.duckdns.org for ₹20 (INR) or $0.25 (USD). Auris is an independent third-party addon utility. We do not sell music, audio content, Apple Music access, or streaming subscriptions.

1. Digital software delivery

The license is delivered digitally after payment. It covers software access, Discord account integration, Apple Music account linking and manifest generation for 30 days. No physical goods are shipped. Because access begins immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after the utility has been used.

2. Cancellation

The 30-day license does not renew automatically. You can cancel by not purchasing another license. Access ends automatically at the expiry date shown in your account. No cancellation fee applies.

3. When we refund

• You paid but the addon period could not be delivered and we cannot fix it.
• The utility is materially unusable for the paid period and we cannot resolve the problem.
• You were charged twice for the same license period.
• You see an unauthorized charge and report it promptly.

Requests should be made within 7 days of payment for delivery or usability issues.

4. When we do not refund

• The utility worked and you changed your mind.
• Your own Apple Music account expired, was restricted, or Apple-side DRM/catalog changes affected playback.
• Your player does not support the addon, lossless or Atmos format.
• You shared or exposed your manifest URL or Apple session, leading to suspension.
• The 30-day license period has already expired.

5. How to request a refund

Email appleaddon.utility@gmail.com with:

• Your Discord user ID or username.
• The UPI transaction reference.
• The date and amount paid.
• A short description of the problem and any error message.

We may ask you to try a troubleshooting step first. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will approve an eligible refund.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original UPI payment method. Processing time depends on your UPI app and bank, typically 5–7 business days. Currency conversion or bank fees are controlled by your provider.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access. We cooperate with payment providers on legitimate disputes.
